Enough about ITIL – Let’s talk about Employee Accountability!

On Wednesday April 27th, 2011, Lisa Welsher of RightProcess spoke to HDI NYC chapter members about Employee Accountability. The following description provides the details of that session as it was offered.

Summary
This month’s HDI meeting is going to dive into the topic of employee accountability. If you are a Manager responsible for a team of resources – you won’t want to miss this. To start with, participants will learn a concise definition for why employee accountability is an absolute necessity followed by a detailed discussion focused on four ways to actually measure it. Whether your focus is on the Service Desk, Disaster Recovery, Network Engineering, or another area of IT, or if you are someone who is interested in ideas for how to get people to operate in a consistent and predictable manner – this session is for you!
