Tiffany Mills from New York wins 2012 HDI National Analyst of the Year Award

We are very pleased to announce to our New York HDI membership that our nominee from New York, Tiffany Mills of Emblem Health, won the National Analyst of the Year award at the Annual HDI Conference & Expo held in Orlando April 24-27 2012. See her acceptance speech below.

 

 

On behalf of the NYC Chapter Officers we would like to congratulate Tiffany and Emblem Health for her win and her outstanding performance at the conference. The HDI community was very impressed by the genuine nature of her outlook towards her support work and the clients served and she made a big impact for her employers in getting her company recognized in the process.

In a communication Nora Osman said on behalf of Emblem management,  “This has been a long and challenging road of competition, started first in NYC, then the North East region of the US, and finally all of the US. She was amid the very best of the best and outshined them all!  We are very, very proud of her accomplishment, this huge honor she’s been given, and want to congratulate her for this outstanding win!

The NYC Chapter members are also to be congratulated for their excellent choice in nominating Tiffany. We could not be more proud of this event and would like to see other NYC companies and their support staff get a chance at this award going forward. Please note that a NYC Analyst has now won two years in a row.

We certainly feel that the mission of recognition for exemplary performance in the industry of technical support was well met this year. We highly encourage all members and their companies to take the opportunity to participate in this process in the coming year. The opportunity for morale boost and company brand recognition cannot be overstated.

Another active member of HDI NYC, Eze Castle Integration, also won the Team Excellence award at the HDI Conference in Orlando.

The team excellence award honors world-class support organizations that have enhanced the image of the industry by achieving the highest standards of excellence in customer support and service delivery.
