Biography:
Kevin Staley has extensive experience in the IT Service and Support industry, working in various middle management positions for firms such as Viacom, MTV, Lehman Brothers, and Union Bank of Switzerland(UBS). He holds various certifications, among them: Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations and HDI Support Center Manager. He has presented at the HDI meetings on”Managing Metrics” and initiated the HDI Analyst of the Year program for the New York City Chapter. He has worked as a Desktop Support Manager for the New York Stock Exchange for many years, and currently works as an IT Project Manager, managing initiatives for Corporate Systems. He has been a member of HDI for 10 years, served as VP of Membership and VP of Finance for the New York City Chapter.

Biography:
Toi Wilson-Brown is a Service Desk Manager. She is ITIL certified and an HDI Support Center Manager. Toi worked for many years as the Director of Internal Support for the New York Stock Exchange and is currently the Service Desk Manager at Wireless Generation. She has been a member of HDI for 6 years, and is currently serving as VP of Finance for the New York City Chapter. She holds a BA from Baruch and a Masters in Management from Polytech.

Biography:
Orlando Hernandez is a technical manager with over twenty three years’ experience in information technology at Con Edison, including eight years in two start-up company endeavors.  This experience has offered Orlando the opportunity to build new IT organizations and implement infrastructure and support models to support business requirements by maintaining a strong commitment to operational excellence.  Orlando has implemented technology solutions such as a Help Desk Self-Service Portal, utilized best practices to improve service center metrics, and has led efforts to build new data centers, enhance disaster recovery, and support legacy applications.  He has been a member of HDI for 8 years and has served a NYC HDI Local Chapter Officer for 6 years as VP of Communications and VP of Membership.

Biography:
Michael Wilson is Global Head of Desktop Engineering at MSCI Inc, and has been involved in technology for the last 24 years in the industries of manufacturing, banking, marketing and accounting. His experience ranges from wafer fabrication, production engineering, quality control, technology sales and support and also spans the cultural differences of the workforces in Asia, Australia, UK, Europe and the US. Prior to joining MSCI Inc, he worked for various firms such as BDO (US), Vishay Intertechnology (UK/Germany), Bank of Brazil (UK), NCR (Mal) and National Semiconductor (Mal). Michael holds a B Sc. degree in Computer Engineering and is ITIL V3 Foundations certified. He has been a member of HDI since 2008.

Zina Dunn has been an HDI member for 13 years. She has served on the board of the New Jersey HDI Chapter as President and VP of Communications. In addition, she has been in the service and Support industry for over 20 years. She has been actively performing the role of VP of Programming for the New York City Chapter as a member volunteer.
